I work with leaders who are holding more than they can name.

The ones who know something isn’t working — but can’t find the right words for it yet. The ones who care deeply about people and outcomes, and feel the weight of both.

If you've landed here, chances are you're carrying something heavy. Maybe it's a team dynamic that's fraying. A decision that keeps you up at night. A culture that's meant to be kind, but feels like it's breaking people instead.

You've tried the usual routes — training, restructures, policies — and they've helped a bit. But the real issue? Still there. Still exhausting. Still unresolved.

That's where I come in.

I help leaders and organisations do the deeper work — the kind that addresses what's really going on beneath the surface. Not with jargon or quick fixes, but with care, clarity and a willingness to sit with what's uncomfortable.

Because when you stop managing the symptoms and start addressing the system, things actually shift.

Why I Do This Work

    • grounding in people strategy, employment law and organisational practice

    • trained to hold conflict with care and structure

    • skilled in processes that repair harm and rebuild trust

    • supporting leaders to lead with integrity under pressure

    • senior HR and operational leadership roles across health, social care and local government

I've seen what happens when good people work in bad systems

I've spent over two decades working in and alongside the NHS, local government, social care and the third sector — environments where people care deeply, work hard, and still find themselves burnt out, stuck or hurt.

I've been a senior leader, an HR director, a mediator, an investigator and a coach. I've sat in rooms where everyone knows something's wrong, but no one quite knows how to name it. I've held the tension between organisational pressure and human need. I've seen brilliant, compassionate people lose faith in themselves — not because they weren't good enough, but because the system wasn't set up to support them.

That's what drove me to do this work differently.

But what matters most isn't the qualifications — it's how I use them. With discernment, not dogma. With care, not theatre. With a deep respect for the people doing the work, not just the systems they're trying to hold together.

Relief first.
Real change second.

When you work with Corporate. Human. Kind. you're not just hiring a consultant. You're bringing in someone who can hold what's heavy, name what's been avoided, and help you move forward without losing yourself or each other in the process.

What people feel when working with me:

  • Relief — that someone can hold this, and they won't have to carry it alone

  • Safety without softness — held, not handled; honest, not exposed

  • Permission to be real — no need to perform competence, positivity or certainty

  • Confidence that something meaningful will shift — because the real issue will be addressed, not danced around

  • Respect — taken seriously as people and professionals

  • Hope, but not naïve hope — things can be better because you're willing to face what's uncomfortable
